My exhaust pipe broke drove it to Hammond muffler a place that I hadn’t been there in almost 20 years in 10 minutes. They went to it welded a section of pipe from my catalytic converter to my exhaust and charge me only $80. What a deal what a great service, most definitely will tell people to go there

My oxygen censor house was broken. It was welded and censor was back in and my equinox is riding all quiet now. They cleared the engine light. I was not there for more than 30 minutes. Cost me $60 and the men were nice ?

Customer service is terrible and unfriendly. I asked for an estimate on fixing my muffler, didn’t take one look at my car before I was turned away and told they “couldn’t do much” for me. Felt very unwelcomed, I’m glad they didn’t touch my car.

I patronized Hammond Muffler I informed them of a loud humming in the rear right side of my car. Rich test drove my car and confirmed that the right hub assembly was the problem.
The repair was done on the left side stated on the receipt. I did NOT get a call to inform me that the left side was bad.
I returned to the store, told management that the problem had not been resolved. He said, bring the receipt back and he will fix it no problem. I brought back the receipt and now he’s demanding that he is not going to fix the right rear side as that’s what was giving me the problem. The customer service here is poor and not a business of their word.

Had my catalytic convert er replace. Give me an excellent price and the service was professional and the quality of was outstanding. Would definitely recommend them. Had my vehicle fixed my the very next day. They have a customer for life.

These guys wanted to charge me $700 to fix my exhaust. Told me it was an H pipe problem when my car doesn't even have an H pipe. Took it to another place and they fixed it for $250.
