Robert was very good with us - calm, polite and respectful. He let us set the tone of a no nonsense, efficient meeting and negotiation. He was not pushy or obnoxious. He worked with us to arrive at a deal that was fair all around. We intended to shop at other dealers but Robert made us happy without us having to go elsewhere.

Amazing dealership. We showed up one day with no appointment and they were extremely nice and kind, and arranged for a test drive right away. Very different experience than with other dealerships in the area. Strongly recommend Haddad. Renee was a phenomenal seller. She provided exceptional assistance and guidance, extremely nicer kind and responsive, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We just got our Land Cruiser delivered yesterday. Sam Harris was very easy to talk with, making me feel at ease, feel heard, and also feel like he was on my side. After our first meeting, I had to think about the numbers for a few days. When I returned, he asked what I was willing to put down and he already knew what I wanted my monthly payment to be. He came back with a couple of figures. It just wasn't what I could manage - when I told him that, he said, "OK" and went back to renegotiate for me. He came back with a payment plan that made sense to me, was manageable, and I was happy. When I picked up my car today, Sam was very thorough in going over every knob and switch and option in my car - it's been 8 years so a lot has changed. He answered all of my questions clearly. I feel like, overall, I had a great car leasing experience with Sam. I hope he's there in 3 years when my lease is up! Thank you!

Sam was the absolute best to work with!! Whether you’re in the area or live 1,000 miles away like me, this is the place I’d go to every time. I had a wonderful car buying experience between chatting with Adriana to setup up an in person appointment, to Nagge (salesman) getting me approved with low score and staying within my down payment and monthly budget, to the finance manager getting everything all finalized and promptly!

Friday the 13th, my boyfriend and I decided to go to Haddad Toyota after I got out of work, prior to this I was emailing Jordan Smith and he was fantastic! Cannot recommend him enough, answered my emails on time, answered all my questions professionally. I mentioned to him I think the vehicles he had that I knew I wanted was out of my price range and he actually came back with a couple great options that I didn’t even notice online! It was super helpful. The fact that we went in Friday and left with a new car that very same day is amazing. I was in contact with so many other dealerships who took forever to answer or just didn’t answer the questions I had.
