We were hesitant initially to have our daughter do taekwondo, as no one we know has done martial arts before, but Ms. Platts was very welcoming and approachable. Our daughter has learned so much about discipline, respect, and perseverance since starting and is always excited to attend class. Ms. Platts is fantastic with her students and we consider it worth the nearly hour drive each way for us to attend class multiple times per week.

Our son has worked with Ms Platts for almost 5 years. We’ve watched her grow as an instructor through the years and now as a school owner. We’ve been fortunate enough to participate in the leadership program and it’s so fun to watch our son (who’s 8) help teach and instruct newer students. He’s developed so many skills that will benefit him through the years to come. Gray Falcon Family Martial Arts is great studio for learning Taekwondo at any age, hopefully you can check it out!!

We LOVE sending our son to classes here! Ms. Platts is an EXCELLENT teacher…her students respect and listen to her without hesitation. Taekwondo is so much more than kicks and breaking boards. It teaches respect for self and others, discipline, and so much more. I HIGHLY recommend taking classes here.
