Jerry in the repair department is AMAZING!! The lead on my sons trumpet got SOOO bent during a clinic last weekend while marching. I called to meeker that day and they quoted me it would be a 2-3 week wait. We had rented my sons trumpet from Graner before he found one to buy. This along with other band parents telling me to go to Graner and I drove the far drive to Graner hoping the fix wasn't going to be a long wait or a arm and a leg to fix!! I stopped in today and Jerry was so helpful, he knew it was a bad bend on the lead (pictured in the photo taken outside) He said he would see what he could do and came back not even 5 minutes later and had it all fixed!! (Pictured with the blue hue of light) I was so happy, he said it was good to go and he tested it to make sure the soderized part was still holding. I asked him how much it would be and he said "you're good" I was so happy I told him I could just kiss him!! He preferred a Google review, so here I am!!
Don't go anywhere else, Graner has the best people, they have always been friendly and helpful and even when my son was renting from them, their turn around time is awesome!!

Bought my piano here. I had a great experience with the salesperson. I was so nervous and intimidated to come in the store, and I was met with a fantastic greeting from Bobby. He was extremely knowledgeable, but not a showoff or gatekeeper. He was friendly and very patient, not pushy. I was encouraged to take my time to make a decision I was confident in.

A bonus was that I also found some Taylor Swift piano books! It was a sign to get the piano.

I am so glad I came here rather than ordering from somewhere online. I will absolutely come here for any future musical/instrument needs I may have.

This place is great! Had my trumpet repaired by Mark and he did some really nice work on it, exceeded my expectations really. The rest of the crew is friendly and helpful too, a great community resource!

They were so patient and amazing. They fixed my daughters trumpet in 15 minutes and made it brand new. And before, it was unplayable. We have been to a few shops but this is by far the best with the nicest people.

Comprehensive music store offering quality repairs, new and used instruments, great selection of sheet music, and pretty much everything else related to playing an instrument. I had a clarinet refurbished here back in May, and they did a fantastic job! I stopped in today to get some minor repairs made to a different clarinet. Since the repairs only took a few minutes (couple keys needed to be straightened), they didn't charge me anything! Couldn't help purchasing some new sheet music though 🙂

Surprisingly unprofessional place with worst customer service manner you could encounter with. MIKE was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE,and ARGUMENTATIVE . We sent in a rental for repairs and was quoted for 3hrs of work at $70/hr with 50% discount. When we picked it up, damage was still there. Left note, damaged picture.They said they will call me, BUT they DID NOT. Took it in again, for string replacement and follow up on the unfinished business. You know what? They wanted to charge me again and argued with me over the phone !!! FOR THEIR MISTAKES. You can pay to remove this review, but I’ll keep posting for people who work hard for their hard earned money and their precious time! AVOID this dishonest business.

Fantastic place! They have repaired several instruments for my kids and are very helpful. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
