I was in and out. I did have a minor issue though. I had a nail in my tire and my tire pressure sensor came on. I went during my lunch break. Samantha helped with the nail and Jay recognized the nail didn't puncture my tire. After putting my car on the lift, he diagnosed that my tire valve was leaking. Jay had a replacement valve on hand. Didn't take too long and didn't cost too much. Maybe it took 30-35min? Love the fact they have a lady mechanic and Jay made sure to find out the problem. Thanks both!

Global Motors is by far the best mechanic shop I've been to in Glen Cove. The man who runs it is very understanding and knows so much about cars! I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area! I'm a regular customer and go there all the times for oil changes. I recently just had some engine work done and Jay saved me so much money and he was so fast! Thanks Again Jay, you're the best!!!

HORRIBLE!!! STAY FAR AWAY! Did not want to even give that 1 star but site makes you. Owner Jay is the most dis honest person. We tried saving money by skipping the dealership only to find out he wanted to commit Insurance Fraud and have us lie to the inspector that other repairs were needed to cover his costs. When we refused, he was rude and argued with my husband. We went to pick up our SUV to find parts all laid out on the floor. We demanded he put them back and within days later had other problems. Dealership knew right away that another shop worked on our truck and said it was not done properly. Now we are paying 4000 to fix his Mishap!!!

Best repair shop in Glen Cove. Jay works with you on repairs, and tells you what needs to be done right away. Very honest and reliable mechanic. IF THEY CANT FIX IT THE CAR DR. CAN!!

You want your car fixed correctly and at an affordable price Well this shop is one of the best here on longisland with no complaints. From a oil change to a new water pump/alternator my jeep feels like heaven!!!
