All the gym equipment is extremely old and rusty. I sat on a seat that needed adjustment.. it would barely move but once it did, I sat down and 10 seconds later the seat fell with me on it- mind you I’m 5 months pregnant. Also the daycare needs to be better staffed. Shouldn’t have 2 elderly ladies with too many babies and toddlers.

Went to free swim.Physically, they have a nice indoor pool. I think staff believe that the children should just stand still in 1 spot in the water. At one point or another the staff spoke to or yelled at every child in the place. They are way too crazed about what they claim to be keeping the kids safe. I saw a staff member yell at a 2 year old little girl 3 times in a row for her fast walk and that staff member yelled at her father about what he chose to call "running". My husband was like ok buddy they got it the first 4 times you said it . They squeeze all the fun out of the place

1. This YMCA has a very inviting lobby.
2. It is always very clean when I go to the gym and shoot basketballs in the court.
3. There is a full blown freaking water slide in the swimming pool area!

The swimming lessons for two and under are great for socialization. The downfall is the lack of information for first-time users regarding the locker rooms.

As a first time mom, and my FIRST time using the Gleason YMCA with my baby, I did not know that baby boys (under 2) are not allowed in the women's locker room. In my time, babies went into the locker room with their mother.

Apparently, there are now Family Locker Rooms. One for adults who identify as women who have male children/babies. And a separate locker room for adults who identify as men with female children/babies. If I had known, I would have used the proper locker room.

But no. Instead, I was physically escorted out of the Women's Locker Room with my half undressed baby and escorted into the Women's Family Locker Room by a staff member of the YMCA.

Once I got into the Women's Family Locker room I was completely shocked as to what was going on and I was made aware that an "uncomfortable female" went to the front desk to alert the staff that an unauthorized male child was present in the Women's Locker Room.

What a time it was to take my half naked baby down the hall to the correct locker room escorted by a Gleason YMCA staff member.

As always, this is a great place for any exercise, swimming,or gym. It's always a pleasant experience with a great helpful staff! I try and workout everyday. I feel so much better after my workout!

I’ve never been to a gym that charges so much money and risks the health of their customers by allowing black mold to take over the men’s locker rooms. The staff at this specific location don’t care. The Gleason family should be ashamed to even support this disgusting establishment.

Old men allowed to walk around naked in the locker room, and in the sauna, I witnessed a man washing his junk in the sink, and I’m no forensic scientist but I’m pretty sure there’s bodily fluids on the back the of the bathroom stall door. for the price of this membership this is ridiculous!!!!! Place has severely gone down hill in the past few years!!!!

Excellent cleanliness. Staff friendliness 10/10. Mens, womens, boys, girls, and a unisex/family/special needs changing locker room. Really high quality equipment. Steam room and sauna too?! Come on could you ask for more… 🙂
