Went there with my wife and newborn to pick up her vehicle which was towed there. Was 87 degreees out and because my baby was crying the owner felt the need to make my wife and child wait outside due to the crying noise. Most unprofessional owner I have ever met and beyond rude. Please avoid this place at all cost. For cheap tows and great service for cheaper look up.

I recently had to have my car towed to geno's. I was so happy with the service. the staff at the front desk was great as well as the mechanic who called me on the phone. it was nice not to feel like I was at a mechanics mercy! he explained everything to me and priced the job accurately. Went there to have a oil change done and they forgot to put the oil cap back on. The car overheated and when I brought it back and told the owner he said it wasnt there fault and threatened me because I wanted it fixed. Worst experience ever. Please take your business elsewhere

my son crashed my truck and wanted to pay cash to fix instead of going threw insurance.i went to genos auto body to get a estimate for repairs the man came out asked what insurance copany. I SAID ILL BE PAYING CASH. he said he couldnt give me an estimate. I asked why not ? he just walked away. Iwent to another autobody shop in chicopee mass. and they gave me a estimate I had themgive me a date to bring in for repairs.it came out great!

Worst place to go for paint or repair!!! Money hungry and when it comes to repairing there own mistakes they'll make sure to blame it all on you. I highly recommend no one go here!!! Go to ricks way cheaper and better
