Just picked up my Harley-Davidson Sportster from Gearheads and I have to say that I'm very happy with their work and I highly recommend them.

First, I called AAA to do the tow and AAA requires you to add an RV package just to get a motorcycle towed.

Then my buddy Jason told me to go to Gearheads and have them take care of it so I stopped by the shop and asked them if they could pick up my bike and they were like "sure, we'll pick it up for you."

They scheduled the pick up and arrived on-time and everything went smooth there.

Then they gave me a call and asked if I wanted to swing by to look at what needed to be replaced while it was up on the lift which I appreciated.

They let me know the additional recommended things needed as well as what was needed to get it back on the road. I made my decision and they did the work immediately and I picked it right up and I'm already riding again.

Huge thanks for everyone at Gearheads for the great experience.

I took my 09 street glide there with a throttle by wire problem. I was very worried about how much this would cost. The owner Drew and service manager John made me feel comfortable with them right away because they were familiar with the problems I was having. Drew called me and said that they had fixed it and told me my total. I was shocked how fair they were. They also found my fairing had broken supports. Glad I went there. They have a new loyal customer. Plan on sending all my friends!!

I just stopped in at Gearheads. I need some work done on my old GOLDWING. It has been there before. I have spent thousands of dollars there. I've always been happy when I leave.....until today. I asked if they still worked on old GOLDWINGs. I was told no. I have an easy, quick job. Nope again. He did backpeddle and say, MAYBE, I could call back in August and check. I took that to mean if they run out of other work, they may lower themselves and do it. Unless this business has sold, it was not the owner (Drew, I think is the owners name?) I spoke with. Anybody know a bike mechanic? Looks like I'm in need.

This shop is awesome! I have had everything done here from carburetor work new tires, chain and sprockets to valve adjustments! I have never been disappointed! Their prices are the best I have seen and they are honest about repairs! They will tell you what is wrong with your bike without adding BS to what needs to be done!
