Amazing Experience

brought in my dodge caliber with a throttle problem, they got it done in one day, with an itemized bill, great communication, and everything feeling perfectly tuned in the car after. absolutely recommend for any electrical problems. they even added a new key ring on my keys. love them and they take care of all the details.

We took a 2014 Silverado for a diagnostic because the transmission was not shifting properly and was not accelerating. After they did a diagnostic they quoted me a total of $1500.00. The repair they quoted for was Communicating problems with TCM were detected. TCM is internal in transmission. The Transmission is in good condition the problem is wiring to the transmission the fuse box and pcm. We decided to take the truck to get a diagnostic at Penske Chevrolet E 96th St and they did repair quote and everything for 357.44. The reason for my review is that 1500.00 is a very huge upcharge from the price of dealership..... I belive Gazcon Auto Electric really quoted a huge price for the repair. After speaking to him of the outcome his response was I charge what I want to charge and if you don't want to pay you are free to go were ever you want. We are in the car business and obviously we were not going to pay him what he wanted but if didn't know about pricing we would have paid a hefty price.
