A lovely studio space to learn ceramics and throw on the wheel. It had been quite a few years since I had taken a ceramics class, but our instructor was kind and patient and even helped me out with the shape of my bowl since I came with long fingernails and couldn't quite get the bottom of my bowl to spread out. Our class was BYOB, and we had a great time getting our hands dirty, and making something new from a ball of clay.

The place is well equipped and is a nice environment to be creative.

The customer who posted a one star review because of an issue with one teacher should consider raising the review to at least three stars. Review should reflect the big picture and not just an experience with one person.

I found the staff to be very friendly, and the place attracts very friendly people so the whole experience is very pleasant.

If you send your kids there, you will bring home lasting memories as your family will always be able to look at the pottery and talk about the good times there.

You can send your kids there to make beautiful objects that you can send as gifts to friends and family instead of buying yet another piece of plastic that your friends and family won’t really know what to do with.

This place gets my two thumbs up. I will definitely recommend.

i loved my classes here! the studio staff and instructors are helpful, friendly, and they have created a wonderful community atmosphere. there are different clay bodies available and sooo many beautiful glazes to choose from. as a student, you have access to lots of open studio time.

the only drawback - this place is so amazing that it is extremely difficult to get a spot in any of the classes 😅 good luck!

Clean, kind, community centred environment. When I first signed up I thought the price was wild, but after realising I get unlimited studio + material access PLUS weekly instruction - I realized it’s actually a really reasonable price for what you are getting.

Coming back here to update my review from 1 to 4 stars. Only reason why I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because of the unprofessional insensitivity I received in the first place. However, Cor reached out to me to express her sympathy for the situation and granted me a full refund. I appreciate the gesture, the explanation of their business/community situation, and her kind words. Will hopefully be able to join a pottery class one of these days to support this business.

Just got off the phone with Gasworks featuring two of the absolute worst customer service representatives I’ve dealt with in my life. A family member was just diagnosed with an aggressive form of liver cancer last night so I am unable to join Trynight tonight as I needed to go out of town to support family. Gasworks offered to sell my tickets but stated that since it’s the day of they might not be able to be sold. I asked for them to transfer the tickets because I don’t want to lose out on almost $200 on a situation I can’t control. Along with being completely unempathetic, not understanding or helpful and only citing the policy, I was told “where should we take the money from? From liver cancer?” Thanks Emilio.

Had one of the most wonderful experience here . Took my girlfriend here for her birthday and booked to private sessions and had the best time I can ever ask . We were given a walk through of the place and how the process works and then jumped right into the session which was amazing. I recommend people to come here. The instructor was really nice and patient with us. The session was 2 hours long but when your having such a great time the time flies by so fast. I love what they have going on here .
