Not a trustworthy shop, recommend staying away.

They replaced the fuel pump in my car. The next day, for the first time ever in ~10 years of owning the vehicle, the check engine light came on. My dad took the car back by, they reset the light, and said it could have been related to the fuel pump issue they worked on, but not necessarily (remember this for later). The light came on within a few miles of leaving the shop. Took it back a third time and left it for the day. At the end of the day, they told us they replaced a sensor and charged ~$240 for it. The light came on AGAIN before I made it home. When we called back, they told us there were a bunch of codes showing, and they just addressed what they thought was the most pressing one and reset the light. They then said that nothing they had done could have possibly caused the issue (remember earlier when they admitted it could have been related to the work they did?), and when pressed for any explanation as to why none of these codes had surfaced/the check engine light had never come on until immediately after they worked on the car, they again circle-talked and deferred.

Now, I’m not even comfortable returning to the shop to have them further look into the issues that they almost certainly had a hand in creating, because I can’t trust them not to throw a dart at a potential fix and charge a huge amount for it. And they’ve left me with no confidence in the work they did, so I may have to have it all re-checked by a more honest/competent shop.

I don’t even know where to begin so imma start from the beginning I drove from North Carolina to Jersey to visit family and while I was there I had got car troubles which is weird for me 2011 Honda oddessy so I decided to take it to a mechanic but they quoted me a ridiculous price for something I knew was not an issue in the car but thank god that I found GMM auto service when I walked in the friendly atmosphere is what grabbed my attention I was even suspicious because I heard them speak and I thought they were talking bad about me but I used my translator app and turns out they weren’t turns out all that I needed was a new alternator they bought the part and replaced it for a reasonable price and I was able to drive my baby Betsy back to North Carolina if I did not live in North Carolina I would definitely be at GMM auto service for my car troubles great job guys keep up the good work 🙂

Extremely rude and unprofessional.
I asked 6 months ago to check my tie rod ends when they changed out tires. Within 3 months I had to change 3 of 4 tires. I spoke to my wife about the issue and from my understanding the mechanic stated "this only happens if someone dogs the car".
I called to have a simple discussion and figure out if we could get the car looked at. The woman running the office immediately got an attitude and talked over me, was extremely aggressive. I had questions, however she tried to derail the conversation amd talked to me like I was incompetent, and I assume when I didn't give the response she wanted she handed the phone to her husband who is a mechanic or the new owner.
He stated that none of what was said to me by my wife was true, and stated that it was my fault for the car. I finally had enough of them trying to lie, and said I've heard enough and told them to have a good day.

Considering I'm someone who has been good to this family for years, and even worked for them for awhile they would show more consideration. But I guess true colors finally show in the end.
Don't waist your time or your money. Rude, unprofessional, and not worth the headache.
