I've had my fair share of ups and downs with this shop with my Tundra. Always unsure if I want to bring my truck back there or not.
They've chipped paint off one of my Hostile wheels but thankfully corrected it by ordering a new one for me. Mount and balance free of charge.
Did great replacing my suspension.
They did a great job putting in my dual exhaust.
Most recent service they replaced brakes and brake hoses. I could tell they definitely slammed on my brakes a few times, everything under my rear seats slid out, went under my front seats. Tore away my splash guards, left one flapping without telling me.
Good shop just look over your vehicle carefully afterwards.

New shop is beautiful. Service writers/estimators were knowledgeable and helpful. Mechanics did an excellent job.

My car is well maintained but older and had a variety of ticks and clicks I wanted addressed for the future health of the engine - I left the door wide open as far as possible causes and what I was willing to repair. I never felt taken advantage of in any way, and the documentation on the estimate was exceptional and made approval/deferral of repair items easy, and the bill easy to understand.

Repairs were completed as estimated, for less than I expected to spend, and the car is running absolutely fantastic. I've already recommended several people to Full Throttle, and will be returning for all work I can't complete myself.

I have now used Full Throttle twice. Once again, nothing but professionalism and transparency. They went out of their way to get me the best price on an oddball OEM alternator AND put extra hands on the car to have it out by Friday. Amazing.

I purchased a 2019 Alfa Giulia, and Full Throttle's team issued a complete inspection on the vehicle, allowing me to confirm the sale and buy with confidence. Thanks again for everything guys, I'm a lifer at FTA!

Love this shop and the people. I have been going here since April of this year and have had a great experience. They have always been upfront and honest about repairs and replacements that are needed. This is super important since I’m a single mom and had a high mileage Subaru Outback from ‘14. Everyone was always kind and courteous when I called with issues and they let me bring my dog who goes with me everywhere she is allowed. My Subaru finally had the transmission begin the death march and were willing to do a “parking lot inspection” when I brought in a car I was looking at to trade for. They gave me their professional opinion and I ended up not getting that car based on their advice. Long story short, great people who will be super honest with you, remember your name, and treat you like a human and not a dollar sign.
TLDR 10/10 would recommend.
Shout out to Sam, Preston, and Walter for being awesome.

Great quick service. Techs are very communicative on what they see and don’t force you to do something you don’t need to. Moved from Florida and had a vehicle that I had a list of everything it needed from my mechanic there. When Full Throttle provided me with there inspection report on it after I moved, it lined up perfectly to what I knew needed to be done to the car, with no crazy additions to the list. Very trust worthy.

David Rheinhardt, service advisor was able to figure out what the problem was and got my car in to be repaired in the same day. I appreciate the awesome customer service I received.
