I have been going to Jen @ Freedom of Movement for 13 years. Prior to joining Pilates I was dealing with a
lot of back issues due to falling and breaking my tailbone. With Jen and her knowledge of Pilates and her ability to know how to apply the proper body movement my pain is just about non existent.

I can’t say enough about Jen and how professional she is and is there for us in any weather and puts her clients first. Jen makes me want to work hard because she is working so hard to make us better .
She is very flexible and helpful if you need to reschedule for whatever the reason. During Covid it has been challenging for all businesses. But Jen found ways through Zoom to keep us moving! We really had no excuse but to follow her lead to good health! Come see for yourself! You won’t be disappointed.......

Studio is spotless and inviting. Jennifer is professional & knowledgeable and is most definitely worth the wait when you make it off her waiting list.
Although I haven't worked with the other instructors there, I can only assume they are just as wonderful as Jennifer. I have been to other studios, and honestly none compare. I love the personal attention I receive and the amount of interest she takes in my body and health.

So grateful for my Pilate's training at Freedom of Movement Pilates Studio! Jen's excellent proper instruction along with her important feedback has helped me to improve my core strength to positively impact my ballroom dancing, yoga, walking and even things like shoveling! I never realized the importance of focusing on my core and moving from center and the power that comes with that. Thankful to have such great instruction locally! I highly recommend Freedom of Movement Pilates Studio.
