Frank and his team did an amazing detail on our daughter’s car. We then returned to have mine done as well. Why buy a new car after having the detail completed I feel like I am driving a brand new car. Thanks so much for all the hard work. Amazing service

Absolutely the worst vehicle I have bought. Got home with my truck and bought new tires. To do the alignment had to spend 2300$ to have front end work done. Now come to find out the transfer case is loose and doesn’t have the seal in that was supposedly replaced at that shop! The steering gear is shot and there is a leak in the exhaust manifold. There is also a leak in the motor which I sprayed down and waiting to actually see where it’s coming from! Some of the switches don’t work which they said they would mail me and I haven’t received!

Went to Franks to look at a car i saw online. Saleman came out without pressuring me at all. Asked for a carfax and he pulled it up immediately. We both noticed damage had been done to the vehicle that wasn't noted. Salesman said he wouldn't sell me the car until it was researched more. More than transparent and completely honest. Left a great impression on me.

Had me running around for WEEKS to see this truck they had there. I finally got to see it and was going to take it for a test drive. Got in it, started it and pumped the breaks. Nothing- busted break line. Was told again "get right back to you." Pfft, still havent. I wouldnt buy anything from them, EVER!
