I feel this place is like most dealership garages..... Expensive. I bought a extended warranty with my car and have had it in twice for issues . First time they just reset the code second time I was told warranty wouldn't cover and would cost a lot. The other issues stated was just car system becoming in initialized. And just needed re set. Doesn't seem to make sense. I'm done taking my car there.

Troy returned calls promptly. I am from Florida and he did exactly what he said he would do at really fair price. They had the vehicle ready ahead of schedule. The 2015 Range Rover had a complete brake overhaul as well as other services. Every detail turned out perfect. Highly recommend. Troy even followed up a few days after with helping me find a lift system for my garage. Outstanding professional operation. Thank you.

Don't go with them:
1-Expect to wait at least 4-5 weeks for any repair, he will tell you excuses after he gets your car in the shop then stall. He's backed up with work for months, parking lot is full, no parking for clients, too few mechanics. HIs mechanic was nice but Troy needs 5 more.
2-Poor customer service-satisfaction is not guaranteed. After $2800 in repairs our car was still stalling at stops. He was rude after we left his lot with the car, drove it for a while, kept stalling and brought it back.
3-He doesn't have the staffing to turn around repairs and will charge an arm and a leg and still the problem wont be fixed.

Added note: Thank you for your response. We were not a 'no show' on Monday when we tried to arrange to return to repair. We were very clear ahead of time that we had a sudden illness in the family and asked for flexibility to come that Friday. Troy's team (Joel the mechanic) had done a deep diagnosis for $375 and 3 hours of time included in the $2800 total cost for replacing a timing chain kit, so knowing what was causing the stalling was not the problem. Helping us resolve it was. Thank you for offering us to come back but the rude response over the phone was not appreciated. We were trying to be fair and needed your help. We don't want to argue with you. We will think about possibly bringing it to you since you are willing to work with us but we are jaded now. We have another shop that is a certified BWM shop in Indy who will for sure give us good service as I've been dealing with him for years, we would like to deal with you since you are close by. Towing to Indy is not desirable but may be necessary for future maintenance and repair if your wait time does not decrease from 4 weeks to 1-2 weeks.
