This is one of the best Auto Services I have comd across.
Fernando is down to earth and is very keen on customer satisfaction. He puts in a lot of effort to ensure he sells good cars to customers.
He has good knowledge on vehicle registration and good insurance packages. There's the option of financing when you visit this garage.
I had a great experience here and I recommend FMJ Auto Services to y'all.

BEST DEALERSHIP! I desperately needed a car and was provided all the help I needed. This was my first car and they were very honest and upfront with every single detail. They were more interested in providing value to me rather than just trying to take money from my wallet. These Guys are the best! Extremely happy!

Don’t waste your time or money the owner Fernando is never there and does not take care of business dutifully. Unprofessional. Does business on his own time and has someone there just to take a message because nobody there can do anything only Fernando, which how convenient that he is NEVER there. Says he will do something and will only do it on his own time. Don’t waste your time buying these used vehicles, the timing belt literally snapped upon viewing the vehicle.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with [mechanic’s/workshop’s name]. I scheduled an appointment, but it was not respected, and I was left waiting for over eight hours in cold weather. The mechanic failed to provide a clear price or timeline for the repair, despite initially promising to fix my car that day. To make matters worse, he closed the workshop without informing me, leaving me uncertain about the status of my car or when the work would be completed. Additionally, he did not answer my calls to clarify the situation.

This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency, respect for their time, and clear updates about their vehicles. I hope this feedback encourages the workshop to improve its customer service practices.

I was told, via Facebook Messenger, on a Friday that the vehicle would be there and I could come check it out on Monday. The owner, Fernando, told me this himself. He said they open at 10am and Monday would be good. I get there just after 11am and Fernando and the vehicle ate no where to he found. I was told they have no idea when he will be in either. I wasted my time and my ride's time going down to test drive nothing, because the owner did not keep his word. I will not be taking my business here again. They lost me as a customer before I ever was one. Maybe they had a bad day, but it didn't seem like that was the issue. Sorry to leave a bad review, but this was my experience with FMJ Auto Services. Not professional at all.

Will definitely recommend again! Just bought a 2016 4Runner and had an amazing experience! Everyone in the the office was so nice and helpful! My car was inspected and registered all together! Didn't have to go anything but drive home!!

Fernando and his team were great and fair, and I drove away with a new-to-me car that I felt good about for price and value—which says a lot in days like these, when every car seems overpriced! He worked with me to find a deal we were both happy with, and he was genial and great on paperwork, taking care of a few extra things he didn’t need to. Glad to support a small, local business run by a family man and his team.
