Absolutely love FitFriendzy! I love the diversity of classes and specialty classes. I love the staff, coaches, and the other members. Fit Friendzy is a super 😊 n place to work out. If you enjoy classes, not machines this is the place to be. Lauren Demers Caparaso (the owner) is manifesting her dreams so the rest of us can meet ours. I have watched several folks like Heather Holding, start as students and get certified & start teaching. Everyone, including staff, instructors and other students encourages each other. We are all ages and everyone is welcome.

Fit FRIENDzy offers a 6 week challenge program where a community of women exists to help you reach your personal health goals of gaining confidence!! The 6WC is a great platform for women to openly discuss their challenges with food, "diet", and self image. I've done the challenge 3 times and yes I've lost weight but I've gained a network of supporters that I wouldn't have had otherwise. Highly recommended as everyone is so welcoming and wants to see you succeed!

I recently completed a 6 week challenge at FFS and currently in the middle of another one. I can confidently say that this program has been a positive one for me overall - Not only physically but also mentally!! The changes I’m making daily because of this program are providing me the energy I was missing and also helping me change my mindset around food and working out. Fit Friendzy Studio... They deserve 10 stars and beyond. They offer so many choices for group fitness classes. Lauren the owner is always looking to have what her students want. The entire staff is dedicated, encouraging, and innovative in what they do. Never do you have a dull class or moment. The best part is everyone from all walks of life has found a home here, to work on the best version of themselves.

Some call Disney the happiest place in the world but I would disagree. Fit Friendzy Studio is the best place to workout. They have a variety of classes, motivating instructors, and everyone is supportive of one another. Best decision I have made is to buy the unlimited monthly membership here.
