The lady on the phone was great to speak with. We had some comical moments. Then the tow guy that came, I can't think of his name but it was unique. He was a white guy. He was great too. He knew what he was doing and overall, I was pleased at his fast tire change efforts. I was back on the road quickly. Thanks to the team here, and for offering road side assistance!

We had quite an adventure this weekend on the way to Michigan. The first real trip in the RV and unfortunately it did not go well. I do want to say a huge thank you to everyone at Express Truck Repair/First Call Towing & Recovery for rescuing us, watching out for us while we waited for the parts to arrive, even loaning us a service truck so we could do a little exploring during the longest weekend ever and finally getting us back on the road. We arrived home last night after four days of being in Fremont, Indiana. Not our destination but thankful that was close to where we broke down. If anyone is ever stuck in the northern Indiana, Michigan and even Ohio area and find yourself broke down this is the place I recommend. Lastly when I received the bill for what I thought was going to outrageous I was floored because it was so reasonable. Thank you Julio, Ethan, Randy, Christopher and Amanda for helping us

My experience was terrible! The tow truck driver didn’t know how to tow a Mercedes and damaged my vehicle causing my tire rods to break and not only that he told the dispatcher you know how those people are they are always looking for something for free. I tried contacting the owner but I was blocked and forced to deal with Greg the manager that insisted I use his shop and tow service. At this point I didn’t trust his workers. He then Got a attitude yes no professionalism.When I put my car in the shop he half paid the bill and didn’t reimburse me any money spent for my Lyft during my car down time, or damaged tires for my alignment ,and refused a rental as if his insurance wouldn’t cover it. The whole situation was bad but could’ve been worse. So take this Review into consideration before using this company he did mention that guy had been fired, On top of all this Greg gave me a call to let me know that since I wanna leave a truthful review he will stop payment on any portion he paid he is a real Genius!

A/C cutoff while sleeping they pulled me into the bay in only 30 minutes and tried to fix but parts wouldn't be available for 3 days it took 3hrs to find all the little problems causing breakdown but only got charged 1hr they're good people and honest workers give them a chance for your repair needs. I would have given 5 stars if I would've gotten fixed

I had to get a fitting for my air dryer replaced. I tried doing it myself and didn’t have the tools I needed, luckily Greg and his brother helped me out getting the fitting fixed real quick. I appreciate your help.

I can't thank this company and at least two of their employees enough. Great customer service friendly with a smile. Had brake issues and couldn't find help on a Sunday(of course). From first phone call to payment for services, Both Mandi And Mike were courteous and kind. Mike had me back on the road in no time with repairs needed and with great advisement on what needs to be addressed soon, but not pushy to fix this minute. I can't thank Mike enough for explaining to me issues that may be on the horizon. Mandi was extremely pleasant and helpful from phone call to check out.
