Don’t ever get your car repaired here they will rob you. I went here because my car had check engine light, left my vehicle with the machine he said it was one of the solenoid he said it was repaired I picked up my car and thank god I waited for it to warm up the check engine light came back on. He didn’t fix the problem and refused to refund or fix the problem with out charging me additional fees I had to take it to another machine who corrected the problem. Never go here they will mis diagnose the problem and not correct the problem.

The guys who did vehicle inspection on my new SUV were not careful with the car. They were rocking the car sideways from both sides after taking it inside, and got the air suspension to freeze because it was height adjusted multiple times continuously. I had to wait for 20 minutes for the system to cool down and adjust it before leaving.

Do not get any work done on your vehicle at this location.

Had my car towed here for a new starter and I wish I brought it elsewhere. Got a call that I could pick my car up tonight, the person I spoke to on the phone insisted someone would be at the shop until 10pm to take care of me, even after I suggested I come in tomorrow morning.

I arrived at 9:40, the man working got visibly frustrated that my payment didn’t go through, and as I was on the phone figuring out why my card locked he got frustrated with me and yelled at me that I had to leave because he didn’t have time to deal with this. I brought up that they close at 10 and he told me he can’t wait for me, that he has somewhere to be. This whole interaction lasted about 5 mins, and I’m currently walking home right now with no car.

Shocked at how rudely I was treated when I even offered beforehand to come in tomorrow morning! If you need to be out early, close the shop early and don’t waste my time just to turn me away in the middle of payment. I’ll be back tomorrow morning to get my car and speak to someone else in person.

I needed an inspection sticker for my wife's car. I had seen this place before, and remembered the sign that said they were open for inspections until 4:00 on Saturdays. I went a little after 3pm and told the attendant I needed a sticker. He told me they were closed for inspections. I pointed out the sign that said they were open until 4pm for inspections, and he just repeated himself. No explanation. He just said, "I know," and walked away. All of the bay doors were open, including the inspection bay, and there was at least one car being worked on actively in another bay. It would have taken them 10 minutes to do an inspection, but they couldn't be bothered. Don't waste your time.

Update: After speaking with management and Eddie about an issue I recently experienced here , they handled the situation very professionally and reversed the actions to fix the problem accordingly so. Sometimes people make mistakes in all businesses and when management steps in to handle the situation accordingly to fix the issue at hand to satisfy valued customers it shows the business cares more about their clients than standing behind the mistake. Thank You and I recommend this business to anyone looking for good service and if you deal with issues from mistakes by employees just call or speak with those in charge and they will make sure your mistake is reversed to satisfy you, no one is perfect and things happen but it always can be fixed with proper communication.
