Never have I ever had a greater experience with a mechanic than I do with Shawn. I am not exaggerating when I say, he saved my life. Literally. I brought my car to him primarily to get new shocks, turns out, the engine was falling out from under the car and I had no idea. I was driving it back and forth from New Jersey to Boston for the last year and little did I know that it was being supported by a loose bolt in the subframe and it was missing the other one. He called me, brought me into the shop to show me, and immediately got to work. Since then he has been my guy for any and all car problems. You will not find someone with better experience and better customer service. Not to mention, he is absolutely transparent and honest about any and all repairs he is going to do on your car and for a fair price. You cant get any better than that. You will not be disappointed; a great guy and incredibly knowledgeable in the field.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Shawn over at Family Auto Clinic for close to 15 years and wouldn't trust any other mechanic to work on them. He is extremely knowledgeable and will explain to you in detail the problem and what will be involved to get the repair done right. I just brought my 2017 Jaguar in to Shawn last week and he found me top quality rotors and brake pads and did the job for a fraction of the price that the dealership wanted. I highly recommend Family Auto Clinic. Once you meet Shawn and see how honest, meticulous, and skilled of a technician he is you won't bring your vehicle anywhere else.

I will only take my car to Family Auto, nowhere else. Sean is the best, he is very honest and takes the time to explain everything so well. As a young woman, it feels good to know that my lack of car knowledge will not be taken advantage of and that I am getting a fair service at a fair price, which is hard to come by!
