Fairway auto has always taken care of me and my family. Not only is their service quality immaculate, but they don't get you to just fix anything if you don't need it. They are very receptive to budget and time concerns, and have been able to squeeze me in more times then I can count. I don't take my car anywhere else.

The Folks at Fairway Auto have been a great help to me since moving to Cedar Rapids, always able to get me taken care of in a timely manner. With the numerous things I have had them fix on my car they are always good at explaining my options upfront and giving me an estimate of cost before hand. If you are looking for a local shop that will listen to you, not try and sell you stuff you don't need, and has reasonable labor costs I highly recommend Fairway Auto Care Center.

I have been taking all of my vehicles to this shop because they were honest and were a local company that I wanted to support. I recently called several times to try and book an oil change and a couple other maintenance needs. I left messages and my wife also called trying to get in and no call back no answer. Had to go elsewhere. Well this lack of customer service has forced me to start taking my business to another shop.

I am extremely ignorant about anything car-related. That's why I appreciate Fairway Auto, where they always explain to me if a repair is necessary and why, as well as give an incredibly reasonable estimate, which they always stick to. It feels really good knowing I have a place to trust my vehicle with! The people there are always friendly and professional and do their best to make getting your car worked on a good experience. One of their newer features is the ability to text you information about the services provided and suggested, so that (if you're like me and have no memory of what was recommended at the last visit) you can just pull up your phone and see what needs done. I feel very confident in recommending Fairway Auto.
