Best Chinese dance school in Bay Area. Teacher Eva is not only one of the best dancers I have ever seen but she is truly passionate about teaching dance and helping her student to grow. Her love for the students is so evident. Each lesson is such a joy and feels like flying by. She has the magic to make her student feel excited and love dancing more and more. She is kind, patient, caring, fair and straightforward. She demonstrates dance movements tirelessly during class to ensure every student is able to keep up. She is a role model for all of her students on what "passion" and "work ethic" means. We are so lucky to have her and being an adult student, I envy the kids who learn from her at a young age. No matter you are an adult or a young kid, this is the best place to learn Chinese classical dance in Bay Area.

I have been sending our children (11-year-old boy & 9-year-old girl) to Eva Dance Academy since Summer 2023.

In Tri-Valley, there are actually many similar Chinese dance studios. The reason I ultimately chose EDA is due to the following facts:

* I like the school location and their classrooms. The school is inside a shopping center, making it very convenient for parking, drop off/pick up kids. The classrooms are spacious and bright, providing a comfortable atmosphere.

* Teacher Wang, Teacher Ye, and Teacher Yang all have extensive dance qualifications. They are very hands-on in class, and you can see that they have a deep love for dance. They can subtly embody the essence of dance in every move and every smile. They also pass on their love for dance to every child in class, guiding each movement and patiently correcting any mistakes.

* My intention is simple: I want my own children to find joy in the process of learning dance, shape their physique, continuously improve their skills in their chosen hobby, and not easily give up. Learning Chinese dance involves mastering the basics and showcasing the characteristics of it.

I highly recommend Eva Dance Academy!
