My oldest daughter started here part way through her first grade year in February of 2016. The first thing I noticed was that I saw the principal every time I dropped her off and picked her up. He is always out there, fully involved with the students and parents. My prior experience with principals was only seeing them during assemblies or other events. Before my daughter started here she was having difficulty with behavior problems and staying on task. Her teachers at Moody immediately put an action plan together to help her with these things. They communicated with me and each other thoroughly and it did not take long for real positive changes for her. This year both of my daughters are there for second grade and kindergarten. I have been inside the school almost every day since they started and it is easy to see how much every person I have met on the staff truly cares for the students. Communication is a top priority here with out a doubt. I can't put into words how much it means to feel completely safe sending my kids to school and to know they Andre not only getting a decent education but are also loved and cared for. Thank you to the whole staff!

My boys have only been at Moody for 1yr. But their behavior and attitudes have changed drastically. I'm not going to say they are perfect but compared to last year and how they were at Orange Ridge it's a big change. We are still adjusting and trying to get to know everyone but the school is for the kids and that's what I like most.

Moody Elem. is a very fine, protected school!!! I encountered this today. If a person wants to go into Moody, they must stop at the office doors and speak to a person in the office through a "phone connection" provided. I feel that is being VERY THOUGHTFUL AND PROTECTIVE at Moody! I thank them for this because my granddaughter goes there!!! Thank You!!!
