In general it’s a nice shop for a healthy option in the city.

When compared to normal acai places this lacked a lot of flavor as it’s more natural and whole ingredients. I appreciate this, but still had a bit of higher hopes. Normal bowls have fruit on top but theirs seem to have all the fruit blended into the base giving me a strong base and a weird texture. Then their granola was just oats.. which is totally okay and I appreciate it being healthy, but maybe describe that better.

The toast was good.

They definitely don’t skimp on the chia seeds, but could be a lot more generous with the fruit.

Cute environment but parking around here is definitely tricky

5 Stars All Around! Moved to Nashville from San Diego several months ago and this spot is right up my alley. I’m very picky about my Matcha Latte and it’s my go-to spot. The best! I’m also obsessed with their protein balls and my friends from out of town dream about their house-made cashew milk. The Kale Caesar Salad is also my favorite. Great staff! Great neighborhood!

The atmosphere was so nice that the service was truly a letdown. I came in at about 10:30am, they took my order at about 10:45 am. I just ordered a plain strawberry banana smoothie. Customers who came in after me were served first. At 11:05, a fellow customer that came in behind me asked if her order was being prepared, and at that point, one of the employees asked me which order was mine. They started making my smoothie at 11:06 and finished at 11:09. There were only like 3 straws being put in the jar at a time by one of the workers. I quickly grabbed mine early in my wait for my 39-minute smoothie. I thought this is going to be a good smoothie with such a long wait and coming in at $11. It was somewhat flavorful but runny like a juice. There are better tasting smoothies in the grocery store refrigerator section. I don't get the hype about this place.

Awesome environment that has amazing food. The food speaks for itself and both times I went the staff was amazing. The only thing that threw me off was having to get to the register to get the menu. Once I realized you could also order other food options at the cashier it made it even better. Maybe strategically place or show menus would help. Doesn’t matter though, each food item was great. Smoothies, açaí bowls, wraps, premade breakfasts, snacks, coffee, etc - take my money.

I'm a sucker for smoothie bowls, and that's what I came for one day, though there's food and other good-looking stuff. I love the menu, and it made for a tough decision. I went with the nomad bowl. They use high-quality ingredients and it's noticeable, and everything is made/blended to order. It came in a generous and very satisfying portion, had a smooth/creamy base, and overall was a good-quality bowl I'd eat again. The place has a relatively quiet coffee shop-type environment; it's easy to sit there for a while and plug in. There's a decent amount of seating and WiFi. You might catch yourself browsing through the snacks/desserts/supplements they have on display. All thumbs up from me!

Really great selection for smoothies, bowls, and grab & go items. I loved the variety of options they offer for protein shakes. Their menu was inventive and included fun additions, like dark cherries, which made picking a smoothie exciting. It was delicious, not too sweet, and the pea protein was a perfect addition.

The inside of the space is full of plants and nice finishes. It’s a great place to get some work done.

They don’t have much food on the menu other than toast, but the grab and go section includes salads, bowls, snacks, juices, and more.
