Idk i really really think that they looked at me and said we’re going to get this guy. Took my car in cuz it was running rich it was shaking I kinda knew what the problem was but I couldn’t quite get it thought it’ll be faster taking to the mechanic, boy did I make a huge mistake taking it to Ernie’s. 3 days go by and no call so I go in there and tell them what I think it’s wrong and they changed the parts. So no call or anything to let me know how much is was going to be they just did it. I asked what if I couldn’t pay that much, he said “I’ll take my parts off and put the old ones back. MECHANICS ARE LIKE WAITERS IF YOU PISS THEM OFF THEY’ll SPIT IN YOUR FOOD. 4 days later 937.00$ for spark plugs and wires. 937.00$ and my car is still the same because it was my fault for not telling them what repairs I did. They are the mechanic aren’t they supposed to know what’s wrong. I’m very upset and unhappy with Ernie’s service. 4 days, 937.00$ and I had to tell them what was wrong? Come on Mike. I can’t put zero stars if not I would

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ERNIE'S SHELL SERVICE!! They installed a new engine in my son's truck in February and by October he was having all kinds of issues. They fixed part of the problems but refused to fix anything else. After my son spoke to the warranty company they wanted Ernie's to call them and they would authorize the repair but Mike absolutely refused and said they have wasted enough time and he wasn't making any money off this job. Therefore, I called to speak to Mike and after identifying my self as my son's mother he proceeded to hang up on me. The bottom line is if they fixed the truck properly in the first place he wouldn't have had to bring it back! Also, Mike really needs to work on his customer service skills. He his very rude and unprofessional!!

They did a fantastic job on fixing my girlfriend's car I've known Mike and his dad for many years I'd recommend Ernie shell to anybody for car repair or just the basic oil change,

Took truck in for a squeaky ball joint. Owner called a few hours later to tell me he has to replace all four joints plus another part, because he can’t do an alignment without replacing all four joints. Called back hours later and said the truck was done, but he didn’t need to do an alignment. Glad I spent a ridiculous amount of money for no reason. Won’t be going back.

My mom asked to have the car dropped off at a local shop, which was open with employees working at the time. She told the driver they would be waiting for her car there. The driver left it at the shops old location, which was abandoned. Dropped her car off at the abandoned building and threw the keys in the garage. She went to the shop where the car was supposed to be, only to find that her car wasn’t there. Fast forward- she spoke to the driver, they argued back and forth. She asked if he could pick up the car to take it to the location she asked and he said “NO”.
Bottom line, COMMUNICATION IS KEY ?

The Laguna’s shop that is currently open is literally the first thing that shows up on google. Soo if you would’ve simply googled the shop for directions, like everyone else in the world does, we wouldn’t have had this problem.
The whole reason I even took the time to post a review of this incident is because my mother asked you the same night if you could take the car to where she originally asked, (the shop that is currently OPEN), and you said “no”. She also asked if you could take it to the proper location the next day and you said “no, I already did what I was supposed to do”.

You want to deny what was said because I exposed you, that’s fine. We both know what happened that day and I don’t appreciate how my mother was treated because of something that was your fault.

Very friendly owner price reasonably they do a fantastic job they know what they're doing I would definitely recommend going to Ernie show Mike the owner took over the business for his dad you cannot go wrong by going Ernie's shell
