I just want to recognize your amazing staff, Sarah Sipes, Emily Ross, Michelle and Carter, they were all incredible and so helpful went above and beyond getting me information and help on a upcoming concert I was trying to attend! Unfortunately I am unable to make it but they were so hospitable and helpful and made my effort so enjoyable. I just wanted to let them know how much all their help meant to me! And when I am able I am gonna come visit and see a show! Keep up the great job!! Blessings! And happy holidays! ♥️?

Came to watch Avatar in Concert on 12/8. Had seats for F13-F16. Someone was in our seats so we tried to make the best of it and sat down next to them.

The person who actually had those seats showed up as the show was starting and we had to walk all the way back up to the entrance to ask the attendant where our seats were.

Attendant acknowledged that people were in our seats and asked us to sit in the row behind them which isn’t okay at all. Nothing was done to fix the problem and no apology made. Thanks a lot guys.

I hadn't been to a show here before and took a friend to the traveling version of The Price Is Right. The cash bar is decently priced. The rest rooms are clean. There didn't appear to be a bad seat in the auditorium.

Great experience. We were there to see Reo Speedwagon. We parked across the street and rode the free shuttle, we didn't have to wait for the shuttle. Seats were good!!

Always a great experience with the crew at EKU CftA. We have had our graduation and Prom in that building for four years and have enjoyed every minute.
