Owner crushed my door on the lift, did not repair or make it right at all. He gave me the run around for a couple months until I gave up! Not to mention he installed a faulty alternator and when I went back asking why my car was acting bizarre he stated it’s in the dashboard and he can’t help me with that. He told me he installed new e brake line and even charged me for them but when I went to a different mechanic, said brake line was not there (e brake). He was well aware I am a struggling single mother of five and he took complete advantage of me. Do NOT trust this man.

Highly recommend! Truck broke down while we were passing through the area, and they were able to fix it same day for a really reasonable price. Super nice people, very helpful, totally saved us!

Kevin & the Crew are freaking Amazing!!! They did an incredible Job at diagnosing My car correctly and fixing it!!!! There work Ethic and problem skill Solving is Truly like non other in the area... They are your Master Mechanics, with all the right gismoes and gadgets provided, they have the resources to ensure a successful repair!!! Simply put, i refuse to go anywhere else...👏 💯 Thanks again guys and well done !!!! 😀

Although I've only had people I know go here they have always had a pleasant experience and they usually get you in quickly based on that I could definitely recommend them as a repair shop

My elderly mother went there to have work done. Her normal mechanic was sick so she went to 8 ball. Well when she left her mechanic looked n noticed 8 ball stole her carborator. My elderly mother had to go back to 8 ball with police officers to force the 8 ball ppl to put the carborator back that they stole n they stole her brand new flex pipe as well. They added an exhaust from a car of a different make smh. Long story short they will swap ur car parts out for older ones n make u come back for more work. Very bad ppl n shady business. Thanks to North Adams PD for getting some of the parts back.

These guys go above and beyond to help a customer. Over this past valentine's weekend, where the below 0 temperatures resulted in my tension bolt snapping in my engine. The men were understanding of my situation (I had to leave to go home across the state) and stayed a few hours late to fix my vehicle. I am very appreciative and hope they are doing well and continue to impress with excellent workmanship.

Fast and friendly service. Charged $70 for an oil change for a car that does not take synthetic, and they only filled it 3/4 to
the top. Owner claimed they thought it took synthetic and "wished he told
me about it." Dont get your oil changed here.

I Took my truck there because a close friend of mine told me to go there and I listened to him . So he told me it would cost me 2000 to put in a rear Differerental . So when it was done , he said it was a lot more work to put it in and charge me 4000 if I paid in cash . So I went to the bank and gave him 4000 in cash and said thank you ! Then he ripped off my good friend off too ! And after he put in my diferental the truck the 4 wheel drive did not work so I lost my four wheel drive ! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VIHICLE HERE HE IS A LIER AND A THIEF PERIOD ! A lot of people I know told me after the fact don’t go there he’s a crook!
