I am a current resident that has been living at Edgewood Apartments for 9 years and counting. I recently transferred to a renovated apartment and I love it! I like the peace and quite and also like the office staff. Especially, Victor the property manager. Edgewood maintenance takes care of your repairs promptly and the maintenance guys are very friendly.

My only concern here, are the dumpsters overflowing from other people dumping their trash that do not live here. Otherwise, I am very happy.

Caleb was extremely unprofessional and unethical. I would not recommend this community. If I could give 0 stars I would. I applied to this community and was never advised of any further steps. I asked to withdraw my application and to be reimbursed for the holding fee. I verified my address with this rep and was advised I’ll receive a check. It’s been over a month and I was just advised today that my check was sent to an address that I never verified. Caleb denied to take accountability stating that it was “irrelevant” on how it happened and that he only wanted my address that I already confirmed. He went on to state that this job is just a job to him and that he will cancel my whole reimbursement. He refuses to provide me with the corporate number. Please stay far away from here

Great place to live I stayed over 10 years just recently cleaned out my apartment my lease was up so I decided to to move and not redo my lease did a walk through with management and was told the apartment would be going under renovation but I wouldn’t be getting my deposit back if they didn’t fill the apartment in the 60 days that I should of gave notice I was moving out my rent was paid up to date my lease was up the apartment was left in good standing so why can’t I receive my deposit back if the apartment going under renovation nobody can move in it right away so again why are my deposit being held so this is how a tenant that lived there for over ten years paid my rent on time never went to court never caused any problems come be fair about this I want my deposit
