I am beyond thrilled that I found Eastern Photographic Services! They were able to edit a family photo to blur people out of the picture that were in the background, remove a plant that was in front of a family member's face, and remove a waitress cart. They turned this around in 24 hours and were priced reasonably. Thank you for GREAT service!

Very fast passport photo service. I was in and out in 15 minutes with someone ahead of me. Purchased 2 2x2 photos and a USB copy. USB worked fine when I got home on my pc. They use standard PNY 16GB sticks. Nice folks.

Edit: passport photo worked just fine with the new online passport renewal website - just received my new one.

Charges $37 for digital (only) passport photo, forces you to buy their defective USB.
I expected a flawless service for such expensive price, but once I reached home, the photo file on the USB was corrupted. I returned the next business day and the old male staff checked it on his computer and it indeed was not working. He tried another new USB on the same computer and it still didn't work. I then asked for a refund and he blantly refused and even had to audacity to call me a liar saying that I took the photo and claimed that I formatted their defective USB. He then tried the new USB on a different computer and it seemed to work, so it clearly was an issue with his first computer USB driver or port, but he didn't acknowledge nor the very least apologized. They are so rude, I will never go there again and warn people to test the UBS before leaving or just go somewhere elese.

Bruce and his crew were excellent with same day service of getting my pictures ready for my wife's 70th bday party! Their website is awesome and easy to use. The pictures were not curled up like at the other do it yourself stores. A great experience and I'll always come back.

Bruce was very helpful. He was able to scan a very large piece of hand painted art for me. He was able to get the scan done without damaging the piece. No one else nearby could handle the size. He framed it nicely and had it all done and back to me the same day!
