i’ve been a dancer here for 11 years, and i really couldn’t ask for a better studio. every staff member has the kindest heart, but still knows just how to raise amazing dancers. the little girls that start dancing are always nervous, but staff and assistants are there to comfort them. these tiny dancers might continue to dance, and then suddenly are shining stars on the stage. although i don’t remember, i’m sure that i probably cried when 2 year old me had to walk into the studio, but now walking into the studio brings me so much joy. i’m especially happy that now i get to help the girls that are starting just as i did. deciding to become an assistant is one of the best decisions i’ve made and i wouldn’t change it for the world. the connection you get to have with the little girls is honestly the sweetest thing and i love getting to help them learn and grow.

i’m 13 now, and i think that i’ve learned more here than i have even in school. i use dance as a escape from reality, and when my teachers can tell i’m not feeling 100% they will always check in. the memories i have from ecdc are unforgettable. every practice, rehearsal, recital and competition has a very special place in my heart. the team i have now has a unbreakable bond and i’m sure we will stick together forever.

michelle has become my second mom and the studio is my second home.

Hectic drop off and pickup, actually pretty scary. They just open the doors and release the kids into a chaotic waiting room with no monitoring at all. Scariest thing I have seen as a mother in any program we have gone to.

No guidance or greeting on first day, had to look around to see what shoes others were putting on their kids, where they were putting their dance bags, etc.

Received a rude message about my daughter not following their direction after only 2 sessions at 3 years old and suggesting she be demoted to a lower level. We voiced our concerns (especially with the drop off and pickup) and figured we would be better off going elsewhere. They never replied or offered a refund. Very unprofessional. Maybe they should only deal with adult dancers.

I posted this same review to Fb and they sent me another rude email in record time with the owner claiming to have greeted me on day 1 and stating that they do not have to prove themselves. Again, reinforcing that they do not know which adult accompanies which child.

I have been dancing here myself for 5 years and it has been a great experience. All of the teachers are very kind and helpful. Their way of coaching students is great. The dances they come up with are amazing and I love dancing here.
