Scam artists.

900 dollars to replace this little thing. It's not somewhere hidden. It's under the glove box.

Replaced a network gateway module on my car that costs 140 (retail, not even wholesale) from the dealership. Charged me 240.

They charge 150 per hour on labor.

Pay their techs less than 40 an hour.

Their loaner car is a 90s Toyota Camry with 250k miles? Not in great shape either it's been through war.

Mind you, last time I took it here they charged me 80 dollars to turn a bolt. I asked them to look at something, not even do anything, and they charged me 80 dollars just to turn one bolt and tighten it, that's in an easy to get to spot.

Called and spoke to them about it. Both times they refused to budge, no customer service or loyalty, because they cab afford a disgruntled customer because every other gullible single mother gets screwed over and they profit 10x on the cost to operate.

I called E&G for my pickup. It over heated and I saw my ac belt hanging. They went through the pickup sent me pictures and fixed it in a very timely manor. I was extremely pleased. I will definitely go to them again.

Great service by real professionals. They found the source of a noise that two seperate Honda dealerships completely blew us off about as a failing wheel bearing. Not only did they fix it, they went above and beyond with their service. All of this was at a great price too!

My 2014 Silverado was in need of some major service work and E&G did an outstanding job on my Silverado. I will not hesitate to call them again when I need more work done. Great local place. Friendly staff and they always have a loaner available to me if I need it. I've been going to them for years to service my vehicles. Work is always done right first time around.
