First off I wanna say they 100% have fixed my truck both times I went there… so they do the work. But $435.00 for labor to put in a set of plugs and wires! I will never be back. I live right down the road and will not allow myself to be handled this way again. I called O’reily and it was 285.00 for parts if I went and got them myself. $803.00 was the original price they gave me and I said “$800 for plugs and wires?”… Warren said “well we used ACDelco” he told the cashier to knock off $100. I paid $700 and couldn’t leave fast enough. What a rip off! THEY WILL GET YOU UP AND RUNNING BUT YOU WILL PAY 2x the price every time. They got me for $750 3 months ago for an oil sensor and I called around it should have been $400 max. This day and age you’re gonna be called out for this mess. NEVER AGAIN!

A friend told me they left a car to get fixed only to have it “borrowed” by an off -the books employee without a drivers license…who then crashed it. It is no longer driveable. The owner refused to reimburse the replacement of the car.

I used this shop a few times, Warren is the man. Last time however, I had them replace two parts located in the same area. I was charged labor to access that area twice (@$145/hr). In addition, I was told they could take care of it in one day, which turned into two weeks with no car - for no good reason other than they had other repairs coming in. This cost me a rental car. I can't in good conscience go back.

We have used this business many times in the past and have always found them slow (like REALLY slow), but honest and fair. Even this time, I was patient and thought they were fair for a while, but two months later I still have a car that's not fixed. I took it in in July, because the water pump needed to be replaced. It took them three weeks and you definitely have to call them, because they won't call you for any kind of update. I picked it up and the engine light was on and it was running rough. They agreed to fix it. We thought it was a censor so I went and bought it and dropped it off, but when I picked it up I found out that it was a kink in the timing chain. I felt terrible for them having to go through the laborious job again, but I was so thankful they were going to fix it. He needed 3-4 days so I gave him 5 and when I picked it up it still wasn't fixed, because they needed more time. At this point, I couldn't be without a car anymore so they offered a rental, but ultimately decided to fix it over the weekend. Once again, I picked it up with the engine light still on, the water pump still leaking (picture of my garage floor attached), smoke coming from the car when I drive it more than a few miles, and the air blowing hot. Now they are ignoring our calls and we are having to go to another place to get it fixed.

UPDATE: less than a year later I'm having to have the water pump replaced again because they did such a poor job.

Went in to replace a tire that was worn. Nick was awesome! He explained everything that he was doing and diagnosed another problem I had that needed attention. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I highly recommend this business!

They are old-fashioned, hard-working, honest, and affordable mechanics. They remind me of my father, and how he worked to help people by fixing their cars. E&E has worked on a number of our cars, especially recently. And we have always been satisfied with our service. They're super nice, too. Don't mind a bit that there's no fancy waiting room or Keurig service. I'd rather see the savings on my bill.

RIP OFF! This guy charged me $625 in labor to put on a belt tensioner, plugs and wires. Total came to $1031.42.....
For belt, plugs and wires. When I got back home to my regular mechanic, I was given an estimate of $450-500. I feel like he ripped me off because I woman who broke down an hour away from home. He never called with an estimate. Just fixed it and charged me DOUBLE what an honest mechanic would have charged me. $625 in labor to put on $223 worth of parts. Needless to say, I won't be back.

Very happy and Impressed!!! We spent $1200 at AAA service center and they did not fix our issues, actually made things worse. Warren was able to figure out our problem fast, fix the right problem, and do it at a very reasonable price!!! They were friendly and cared about fixing your car, not just getting your money! We will tell everyone about E&E! Go here!!!
