I went in to get my car inspected and they said i failed because my Tie rod was not aligned. I don’t know much about cars so i was like whatever okay. they asked me to come back to their shop to fix it and i told them im from NH and won’t be able to any time soon. they were very persistent saying they wanted to be the place to fix it. i ended up taking it somewhere else and there was no issues with my car. moral of the story is this place tried to scam me into “fixing” my tie rod and re inspecting my car. super annoying but whatever. won’t be going here again for sure.

i never write reviews but i am just to say… i will never be coming back here. went there for a last resort to get my alternator fixed before the holidays they also put in a new belt and proceeded to double charge me for everything. every other garage has told me that it should not cost $1,160!! after i payed and walked out to get my car i noticed a half drank coffee and wrappers in my passenger seat. very unprofessional would give 0 stars if that was an option…

I've always admired Duff's Garage, but the other day I stopped by to see if they could re-seat the bead on a wheel/tire for a client of mine. They took care of it right away very short wait. And the price was right! Very nice team! And I have to comment on their shop is the cleanest automotive repair shop I ever seen in my life!

Our vehicle was towed by Duff's after being rear ended and totaled in an accident. They were very courteous and easy to work with to get our personal belongings out of the vehicle, as the insurance company was going to tow it away as the car was a total loss.

The accident unfortunately happened late Friday afternoon and we arrived just about 10-15 minutes before close. The guys at the garage were very courteous and gave us all the time we needed to get our belongings out of the car before the weekend. Much different from my last experience at a tow company where we were treated like criminals for a car accident we didn't cause.

Duff's is the best! They can always get my car in quickly when I have an issue. They're honest and very thorough. All the work I've ever had done there has held up, and they fix it right the first time.

My car was towed there by the police after an accident. I went down to get my personal items out of the car. Not only were they courteous and friendly, they were willing to work with my insurance company to get the car repaired and do the body work. My son had been driving at the te of the accident and so I had not seen the damage. When I did, I thought it would probably be cheaper to take the insurance money and buy a new car.

When Duff's quote came in, it was more than reasonable. Fortunately the insurance was willing to let them do the work. Duff's called me to let me know they were back logged on body work and gave me a date when they could start.

They were easy to deal with. When I get the car back, I'll write another review about the actual work.

I'm previously an ASE certified mechanic that no longer does my own work. Duff's is top notch. The shop is clean, they use quality parts, they have excellent diagnostics. I will recommend them to anyone needing quality work done. The owner and mechanics are professional, knowledgeable, and truly great people.
