I’ve been coming to Dressel’s since 2004 when I got my first vehicle. Their service is unmatched and everyone is so friendly and attentive. The waiting room has recently been entirely remodeled, creating a very comfortable atmosphere if you have to wait while your car is being serviced. I’m a new customer. Very friendly folks, and they keep good time with scheduling. Fair, honest pricing, too. I went in for an oil change and a second opinion on repairs another chain shop recommended. Dressel’s took the time to inspect, explained everything clearly to me, and saved me costs by holding on unnecessary fixes. A bonus is the ambiance — they recently remodeled the customer waiting area, which is nice and makes waiting and working on your laptop pleasant. Highly recommended, and glad to support a local family-owned business!

Made appt for 7am and they started work right on time. Finished in less than an hour( oil change, tire rotation and brake inspection). Friendly staff and mechanics.

Great service, been going to dressels for 15+ years. They are honest and dependable. The only downside to a great shop is they are always busy so not someplace your going to typically get in same day, but they do their best to get you in as soon as possible. They do great work.

I've been going here since 2011 when Doug helped me buy a car another customer was selling. They are always kind, friendly, and informative. Recently, my muffler became disconnected and very loud, so I brought it in to Dressel's. They did the overhaul on it a few years ago and Nick remembered that the muffler he installed had a lifetime warranty, so I only needed to pay for labor and a small $7 part. I'm always greeted with smile and the chit chat I got to have with Paula and Dina was great! I highly recommend Dressel's for their honesty, transparency, and of course, to support local business.
