Amazing staff. Could not be happier with the work and customer service I received while doing business with Dorsey's. They were extremely informative about everything I needed to know and even things they didn't have to inform me of. They went above and beyond at all times, even argued with an insurance company on my behalf. I appreciate every employee here along with the owner. I couldn't recommend a better place than this. If your vehicle is damaged, take it here. You won't get better service anywhere else.

Would highly recommend. Sent a truck to have a windshield replaced and cab work done. I was told it would take a week, and they got the truck done in a day! Great price!

We booked my truck into the shop 3 months in advance, we droped the truck off on a Sunday and Monday morning around 9:30 10:00 they asked if I could come and get the truck as they don't have time to do it they are too busy with other people's work. I reminded them how long I had been waiting their response was we have insurance work to take care of so I got bumped off for another month or more, I for one will not be going back to them.

After being hit by an uninsured motorist,, I took my car to Dorsey"s.
They worked with my insurance company directly, which I greatly appreciated.
They did a fantastic job returning my car to pre-wreck condition.

This is a place of business that not only provides for its customers but impacts a community. This is where you can come and be treated like a friend or family, not just a customer. Dorsey’s takes ownership in all tasks at hand, which turns into great reliability and consistent results. Although this is my families business, I am writing this as an outsider who has watched this business grow for 24 years, and not only run a clean, safe business, but one who truly cares about people on a personal level, as well as the community it is established in.
