Was one of the best and smoothest vehicle buying experiences I've had. Austin was great and very helpful. Had an issue the first night and they got it right in got me a loaner until it was finished. I would highly recommend Austin and Don Hattan Ford to all of my friends and family and not have any reservations about doing so.

I had an amazing experience! This car dealership really made me feel at home! Brady and Austin did an amazing job helping me find the perfect vehicle for me! It might have taken a minute to get everything but they were amazing! These two guys were so helpful and kind to not just me but my dad and grandpa! I would recommend this dealership over any other dealership! It’s hard to find people and dealerships that care this much! I’m so happy that I got the pleasure in having this experience! Even the guy that did all my paperwork was extremely nice even though they were there later than there normal hours! Thank you guys so much for making this such a memorable day! If anyone is looking to buy I would suggest them!

They have treated me spectacularly through the entire process. I can’t say better things about Tory and the sales team. I had a few major problems come up on my truck so i needed to find a car relatively quick, and from the moment I walked in they were so helpful and helped me find something i loved. Before we went through with the deal, the car i wanted had a few very minor things that needed fixed up (i’m a crazy meticulous car guy) and they completely took care of it and made sure the car was in as perfect of a state as a used car can be before we finalized the deal. They are so kind and proactive over here I would suggest anyone looking for a car, new or used, to atleast go in and give them the opportunity to treat you the same way they did me and my family!

I thought that Don Hattan Ford did a great job helping me find a car, they gave me plenty of time to think and plenty of options to choose from. They were very patient with me and gave very good information about the vehicles. I had Tory Setzkorn as my salesman and he did a great job informing me about the vehicles and gave me plenty of time to think about the vehicles I test drove. Plus after I bought a car he scheduled me for an air filter change since it was pretty close to being bad.

I had to come back on here and make a new review since i officially have a new car! Tory and Micah truly have a 10/10 customer service and went above and beyond for me. There customer satisfaction is just immaculate. I'm happy to have walked away with a 2024 Ford Escape! Don Hattan always has a place in my heart when it comes to purchasing a vehicle!
