The Wife and I took the 2017 Camaro to get serviced. While we were waiting, we decided to see what was in the parking lot. We seen the 2021 Trailblazer and decided to take it for a test drive. Wife said now that we have a Grandbaby, the Trailblazer would make more sense to have. Going just for a service ended up trading in and coming home with a nice new vehicle. Sent my car in for repairs, they repaired my starting issues but broke the keylock in my door, when I brought it to there attention they refused to take responsibility for breaking it even though when I dropped my vehicle off the door had no issues. Now I can't lock my car door and they're refusing to help even though there slogan is apparently to make sure the customers happy even after they leave the shop. Which is funny cause the guy who answered the phone didn't seem to care at all and hung up on me after telling me they weren't going to claim responsibility and they weren't going to help. Never recommending them to anyone go somewhere with good service obviously not gonna get it from them.

We were traveling home from Michigan when we got a flat tire. Sunday… Everything was closed. Wasn’t going to travel 350 miles on a spare tire so I limped my vehicle back to this dealership, and left my keys with a note… Just said, please help! they called me in the morning to let me know that my tire had been patched up and did not need to be replaced. Very grateful for these guys. Squeezing me in at the last minute! Friendly service., Did everything I needed to get back on the road and back home.

They began working on my vehicle right after I dropped it off at the scheduled appointment time and it was ready when they said it would be. Their prices are also very reasonable and competitive. I would definitely recommend them for any service and repair needs.

This is worst dealership, I know . Weller that owned it before was great. The new owners suck ,they never call a potential customer back,and they think they don't have to. Another place that slaps customers, don't shop here, they don't care about you,so if you want a better deal,go somewhere else.
