took my heads in for resurfacing and to have performance spring put on. The heads took about 3-4 months, I did provide the wrong springs and they knew they were the wrong ones and for a ls not a ford but never contacted me to order new ones they did contact me to bring in different retainers but not springs they cost me about as much as just buying performance heads because of that I put the engine together and it ran horrible found out none of my valves are the same height so i was not running on most cylinders took them back in to be redone and it’s been over a month i’ve called the past 3 weeks every friday same response every time would not recommend bringing your heads here
Edit: got my heads back after 3 months they did absolutely nothing to them they sat around waisting my time and did no machine work or even clean the heads also gave me the wrong shims to fix the problem i took them in for so they probably didn’t even bother to inspect what the problem was

I have used this place in the past and decided to try them out again. It has been a month since I have spoken to diamond rv about making an appointment and fixing my rv. They told me they would call within a few days to come out and fix my issue. I have tried calling them 3 times since with no answer or call back. I guess they don't want my business. I will continue to pass the word on about this place. Terrible business practice
