This class is a must! After joining this class, I have gained so much knowledge about not just the technique but acting as a whole. The Power of the Actor has really changed my life. Being able to really connect on a deeper level with yourself through acting opens many doors. This is an experience that is once in a lifetime and I really recommend for anyone whether a working actor or just interested in the art of performance. Brian is a wonderful teacher and gives direct feedback on your work guiding you through the process. I’m finishing my second round with Brian this Thursday and OMG!!! The Chubbuck Technique will definitely challenge and improve your acting abilities for sure! This class is nothing short of amazing! I have never experienced anything like this before. I didn’t expect this class to be therapeutic for me either. I had a breakthrough in round #1 of the class. I actually cried real tears in class #2!!! It’s so refreshing to see how passionate Brian is about his craft too! Do yourself a huge favor and work with Brian! Make sure to thank me later!!!

This acting class was great for my journey. The smaller class setting allowed me to receive personalized feedback and it made it easier to ask questions to gain clarity. Brian is great with making us dig deep to bring out emotions and really commit to our scenes and give them meaning. I would definitely recommend signing up for classes with Brian to improve your skills.

My experience at Detroit Drama Studio has been great. Brian is an amazing coach! He’s passionate about the Chubbuck Method and he’s very intuitive which is extremely helpful. This class is not for the faint of heart! It requires a tremendous amount of vulnerability with the goal of making you a better actor. But Brian creates such a safe space so effortlessly, that the challenge will soon feel like freedom. This class challenged me in the BEST way possible! I learned so much in a short period of time. And I will continue with it. My only regret is that I didn’t find this class sooner. I highly recommend!

I am new to the acting scene. Decided to take with Brian. Brian teaches the Chubbuck Technique in a way that digs deep and opens you up to emotions you may have tucked away to make characters come alive in ways I never thought possible. He is an excellent teacher. Safe environment and attendees are sworn to secrecy... what happens in his class; stays in his class. GO and experience it for your self.

My overall experience was great! I’ve learned the inner dynamics of acting and how to deeply get in tune. This class has pushed me and challenged me to my limits, but it was all so worth it!
