Drove 2 hours to look at a Silverado they said didn’t have any rust on it and when my family arrived the frame was almost rusted in two and they had fresh tar on it covering it up will not be returning

Had our jet ski for over 5 weeks.. recieved it back and took it out on the lake and it had the exact same issue.
How do you not test the ski before you release it? Obviously didn't operational check.

I drove 6 hours one way to pick up a used moomba on 9/19/23, 4 days after we agreed on everything for trade in price and purchase price with sight unseen from both larties. Jamie was my sales associate and always honest and Leon (owner) personally took us out for the water test. Everyone at the dealership was honest and friendly through the process. I recommend them to anyone. Boat performed well in the test drive and I assume it will do the same once on the water. Thanks again

guy called me back on a boat that i wanted to buy . had a trade inn and told him id put a deposit even if the trade inn numbers wasnt what i wanted, id still buy boat , call back to get trade number , sold the boat out from under me .

I'll never be returning here, for anything. The owners son, known affectionately in the shop as 'dopey', took months to get to my craft and then didn't even replace the oil pump which was the whole reason for bringing it in! And it gets better, when I picked it up they still charged me full price, $1000+! And when I went to o start it at the lot, the battery was missing, they even had the audacity to gripe about replacing it!

I wanted to like this place they did decent, albeit expensive, oil changes and the crafts previous owner used them seemingly successfully, but that's all over now. Avoid this place, especially if you talk to 'Doc' cause 'Dopey' will end up doing the work.

Brought my old jet ski in to get the key reprogrammed and they treated me like family. This isn’t one of those places you walk into and feel like they got their hand in your pocket the whole time. They care about taking care of your needs as a customer, all the fellas in there were extremely accommodating and down to earth. Would recommend anybody go here wether you’re planning on buying a watercraft or just need service. I live 2hrs away and they are the only place I’ll be taking my watercraft from now on!

First they failed to fulfill the warranty they promised when we bought the boat, so our boat is out of warranty and only 2 years old. They lost our boat when they had it for service. No joke, they took it to someone else’s storage unit. They charged me for an impeller change, but on inspection there was an old, broken impeller still installed on our boat. They gave us the boat with an empty tank of fuel. They promised for a year to mail a gas card, and along with a “B” that’s falling off the MOOMBA lettering on the boat. Nothing. All of these things were supposedly brought to the owner’s attention and he did not care. They seemed like such good people, but they just seem content on taking advantage of us. I’m glad others have had better experiences.
