Rude. Dean is super rude and epects you to sit inside waiting room on nice days
The female lawn gnome that does the stickers doesn't even look where she is placing the jack to jack up the car..has no idea how to check a suspension or steering system. This is why this place is ALWAYS empty. DO NOT GO HERE

When I had sudden engine trouble on the way to work- Amanda and Dean were able to fit me in between appointments and were able to help find the problem and address it in a timely manner. Very transparent, helpful, and easy to work with!

Second time I've been to Dean's personally, but many family and friends have also been here and they recommended it. In fact, my grandfather used to come here back in the 80s/90s. This time, I just got an inspection sticker and wiper blade change (mine were admittedly bad). They offered two tier prices for blades and install was super fast. Paid about $80 for the inspection sticker, two new blades and their installation. Waited less than half hour INCLUDING a customer in front of me. That's impressive. Professional and kind people. (plus bought a cool shelf"tag sale style" super cheap so I'm an extra happy camper!)

Wife went for a quick inspection sticker on a 2 year old truck. They claimed the wipers were no good that were only couple months old. And that the headlights were too high. Even though the truck was bone stock from the dealership. They just look for things to fail even if there's nothing wrong so they can charge u to fix it there on spot.

This guy is horrible.. brought my car there for inspection and realized my ebrake wouldn’t hold so I left and he told me he would do the work and it would only cost about $200.00 no more then $300.00 so I was like okay that’s amazing, he said that would include the sticker. I brought my car there for repair he promised same day that it would be done.. next day comes and he calls and says that it will be a few days and that it will be around $800.00, we told him no we will come pick up the car.. he didn’t like that one bit so he told us we couldn’t have our car unless we pay the $850.00. All in all we go pick up the car pay him because otherwise we couldn’t get our car and he charged us $500.00 for 2 hours of labor and charged us for parts that aren’t even in the car? We will be filing in small claims court and contacting the better business bureau for sure. He takes advantage of people, our car is now at a trusted shop and the guy is only charging $200.00 for the whole job and a sticker. Dean is a horrible manipulative liar, now we are out $800.00. I’m telling you if you want to be robbed go ahead and bring your car in.. he doesn’t even have the blue seal of approval. All his “good reviews” are from his son and his sons friends.. if I could give negative stars I would. Do not go here!!!!!!

All the reviews about dean being manipulative and overpriced are absolutely true. Once went for an oil change and came back he charged me $80 for fluids that he took the liberty of filling without consulting me.. the next time I told him an oil change andhe can fill the fluids if it needs it and then he charged me $180 for a "5 point inspection". The last time I went there for an inspection sticker and he told me the lights on my back license plate were out. He charged me 20 dollars to replace the bulbs. I hope he goes out of business soon!

The two old bats that run the place have no personality at all,went in for inspection sticker had a license plate bulb out,the old coot say he'll replace it, two minutes later says he doesn't have the time and hands me a half dozen clips and a rejection sticker.That is the worst place I've ever been to 1/2 dozen thumbs down 👎

Went for a state inspection, was taken right away and got done quick. Many extra precautions taken due to Covid-19. Definitely would go back for other services besides inspection.
