Daou saved my family's trip to a funeral. We were just into the trip to NJ, during bad weather, when the check engine light came on - near the end of the day, on a Friday. I was turned away by a few mechanics and thought we would be stuck. Eventually, we came across Daou, let him know what the situation was and the urgency is finding a solution, and he stayed the extra time to get the parts in and do the work to get us going again. He was very straight-forward - told us that it might not solve the problem but he will address the error code he pulled. It was a cylinder misfire which was caused by a corroded plug. Luckily, we were able to drive to NJ and back without any additional issues. AND - his prices were honest, despite us being in a vulnerable situation.

No good told
One of my customer took the car over there for a look over they told him you should pay 4500 , , $4500 on a 2012 Forrester that has 60,000 miles on it press no good!!! Where can I buy a subau with 60,000 miles on it for

Would give zero stars if I could. Went in for 4 wheel alignment. Less then 6 months later tires are worn in exact place as previous tires that were replaced. Now have to replace tires again. Brought to other shop and was told alignment was never done. Man at Daou tells me he has no record of me being there but I have the bank receipt for their bill. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Worst customer service I’ve seen.

Gas station and convenience store does not stay open until 10 o’clock As stated in their hours. I arrived at 9:50 PM and the lights were off in the attended in the store was leaving in his car. Unacceptable.

Went there not too long ago was having some issues with my vehicle and a really nice gentleman at the front helped me. Thankfully there were no issues with my vehicle, very professional and so sweet ! Definitely recommend ☺️

I will never go again went for oil change and inspection sticker and failed me without telling me why I failed. Language gap, and felt like I was taken advantage because I'm female. So it's a big 0
