Dancin’ with Roxie gave my daughter her love for dance back! She had danced at another studio for 10 years (7 years competing) and a year ago she quit. Her passion and love for dance was gone. She took a year off and I asked her if she wanted to tour some other studios. She agreed and decided to take the leap and join DWR. She was so nervous walking in to her first class and almost didn’t go. When she came out, I asked how it was and she said great. Everyone, instructors and students, were kind and helpful.

She said a few weeks ago when she goes into the studio, everything leaves her mind. It’s just her and dance! She has learned and improved so much already in the few short weeks she has been here. Even though she is not competing, she is thriving in her new dance environment. Thank you Brittlyn, the other instructors, and the student at DWR for accepting her, helping her, believing in her and being so kind.

Jaymi Vander Linden

This is my oldest’s 3rd year at DWR and when she started a few years ago Carlee was her teacher, fast forward to this year and it is our other daughter’s second year at DWR and has Carlee as well! They love her and all of the teachers there. The studio has been so amazing and welcoming. Both of our daughters have gained confidence and flourished socially while falling in love with dance and tumbling. They are always so excited when it’s a DWR day & love being apart of the DWR family!

Iowa is fortunate to have a studio creating such high caliber dancers. DWR has perfected their curriculum to a point they are able to take young students and turn them into amazing dancers! They provide their students with incredible opportunities that grow the dancers' confidence from conventions and master classes to local performances to competitive experiences all over the country. As a fellow studio owner, it has been such a joy to collaborate with the owners of DWR throughout the past 15 years! They are hardworking, dedicated, and most importantly ALWAYS want the best for the students they serve which unfortunately, is not always the case in the dance world.

Very professional studio that trains very talented dancers. In awe everytime I watch each group dance and perform their routines. Options for both recreational dance and competitive dance have been wonderful and my daughter has enjoyed her first year of both! Recital day was beautiful and organized. We have already signed up for multiple classes for both summer and fall; my daughter is so excited to continue dancing and building her skills and friendships at DWR ?
