We scheduled dance lessons for our first dance at our wedding. We were scheduled with Dakota (Red). Our introductory class was relaxing, getting to know what we wanted in our dance, the song, etc. he taught us some basic waltz steps. By the next class he had our performance choreographed and we got to work.

6 weeks, a lot of practice, a lot of laughs, and a whole lot of dancing! Red and Allison really worked with us through the process ,correcting, encouraging, and always keeping us moving toward our goal. Nailing that first dance.

I can’t thank them enough for creating a beautiful dance that wow’s the crowd. We will be looking at more classes. They are gem to the dance community of Louisville!

Went to Dance Louisville to practice our father/daughter dance for my wedding. I have never had dance lessons before but Dance Louisville was the perfect choice! I live out of town, and they were able to schedule our lessons with my scheduled. I think our dance stood out and will be something that people will remember from my wedding day. Our instructor, Mike Gasson took all of my requests and was able to come up with a perfect routine that incorporated disco and swing for our song "September" by Earth, Wind & Fire! It was so fun and is a memory I will cherish forever! I definitely want to come back for more dance events here!

We took dance lessons for our first dance at our wedding. We worked and took lessons with Dakota. He was so great! He was knowledgeable, kind, and so so patient!

He did such a great job at making sure we knew the dance and felt comfortable. I could not recommend a better place to go to for lessons.

Red and Allison were the BEST instructors. They were so patient, easy to work with, and kind. My fiancé and I were able to learn a choreographed first dance for our wedding, as well as a dance lesson with our parents to learn some basic dance steps. As all parties came with no dance background, we did not want to feel awkward during our dances. Red and Allison made us feel comfortable so we were able to enjoy our special moment. We both had the best time with our dance lessons, and we absolutely recommend Dance Louisville with Red and Allison.

He and Allison are wonderful with making you feel at ease and listening to what works best for you while choreographing a stunning routine. Dakotah and Allison were fabulous! We had a very last minute daddy daughter dance double lesson scheduled and they worked with us to get us prepared for the big day! They were so patient, helpful, and prepared. Would definitely recommend!!!
