I was in the process of signing up my three year old, but as part of doing that you are told you are not allowed to go in or see your child during her dance lesson. And that you promise not to ever post anything negative about the school. These being red flags, I emailed multiple people at the organization (including [email protected]) nicely asking if this (Agreeing not to be able to see my child while an instructor has alone time with them) was indeed the policy for child students. I have still not received a reply.

Dance Kaleidoscope and is an amazing professional dance company that has been celebrated in Indianapolis for years. I highly recommend going to see a show or taking a class or just following them on Facebook the skill and the talent is unbelievably wonderful.!

My husband and I traveled from Wisconsin to see Julie perform for Kaleidoscope. We were thoroughly impressed with the performances of all the dance company members. The lighting, costumes and choreography was truly amazing. Looking forward to seeing future performances.

I attended New Horizon at the IRT, an introduction to Joshua Blake Carter’s life and career. I’d not really been to a performance of dance since I was a kid, and I was simply blown away. The skill of the dancers brought this deeply moving and personal story to full emotional bloom. I am grateful for the experience and look forward to seeing more in the years to come!

I have been a long time supporter of Dance Kaleidoscope. The choreography of former artistic director David Hochoy was always engaging and invigorating. I am excited to see where new artistic director Joshua Blake Carter takes the company. If their recent concert NEW HORIZON is any indicator, there are great things to come for DK.
