I’ve been coming to Dance Fit Flow for years now and it’s my home away from home! I find consistency in my regular classes, and still there’s always a new way to challenge myself and step out of my comfort zone. The instructors are all friendly, supportive, and have big, warm hearts. Not only that, there’s always something new to try! There’s still classes I haven’t explored yet, which is exciting. I’m off to try a new one right now!

I started going here as my relationship began to dissolve and dancing here so seriously helped me engage with my agency, sense of self, and taking up space in the world. It led to me making better decisions in my life, and having a safe, cathartic space to come home to myself and make something beautiful. It was the first time in 9 years I'd taken a dance class, and it truly felt like a return to my self. Dance class can be really scary- whether it's someone's first time, or a return as an adult after a tumultuous experience as a teenager- and the instructors here are clearly very intentional about cultivating a safe, fun place full of love, grace, and appreciation. I look forward to it every week. Thank you!

Dance Fit Flow is my happy place! The instructors are so kind and meet you where you are at, always encouraging you to do what your body can do and providing modifications. The community cheers each other on and is united through our shared love of dance! I didn’t think these kinds of places existed for adults. Most of the time, your hobbies come to a screeching end after high school. Dance Fit Flow has truly changed my adult life. It enriches my evenings and keeps me moving in a way that is truly both fun and challenging. I love the variety of classes. Everyone is at a different place and level and that’s okay! Plus, it’s way more fun than sitting in front of my screens!

I love this studio. The staff is fantastic. I have a specific shout out to the instructor Holly. I took her class, I felt very behind compared to other dancers. She was so gracious and kept encouraging me, helping me feel less like the fish out of water I was. The other dancers were incredible too.

Mika at the front desk is lovely as well! This studio has such a beautiful energy. Thank you all so much for bringing so much joy to my week!

It was so much fun. You don't need a background in dance. Just enjoy yourself and get an awesome workout in. They do offer dance classes on top of workout classes.

I love the environment it's welcoming to dancers and non dancers. I am so happy I found a place to unwind and have some fun after a long day of work. Alyssa is a great teacher with great patience (for us newbies) and really keeps us motivated. I think her filming helps me stay committed and wanting to dance my little heart out.
