The employees were extremely courteous and my repairs were completed ahead of schedule. I will definitely use Dan Cummins for my Jeep maintenance and encourage others to do the same. I actually live in Indiana and have used both local Jeep dealerships (both 30 miles from my home) in the past but Dan Cummins' service surpasses both. I frequently stay with my daughter in Paris and am glad that I tried this dealership both for the convenience and excellence in service.

I had a good experience, as usual, during my last service appointment at Dan Cummins. There was a wait, but the advisor, who was very nice, had told me about that when I arrived. This was a Saturday, so not a full crew. The waiting area is stocked with snacks and drinks, there is a tv, and we also spent some time walking outside. I live 2 hours away but always bring my Cherokee back for my annual inspection, and it’s always a good experience. Will be back next August if not sooner!

I love my jeep. I was very satisfied with my purchase experience. When it was discovered that the was a defect in the front passengers door glass, making an appointment for repair was very easy. What I do think is ridiculous is that I was not offered (and I DID ask and was told "no") a courtesy vehicle to drive while a FACTORY DEFECT was being repaired. I drove nearly 1.5 hour (one way) to your dealership for my purchase and drive that same distance for servicing. I would think a courtesy car would be available for service jobs that require more than 2 hours, ESPECIALLY when it is to repair a factory defect. I am very disappointed.

Kept my truck for a week. Called and said they couldnt find the problem. Told me they had two certified technicians look at it and still couldnt find the problem. Took it to a garage 10 mins fron there and within 20 mins had an answer to my problem. It was a bushing.. they then told me it would be 2-3 weeks before they coukd get my truck back to me ans id have to rent a car from them. My truck is under warranty. So i bought the parts ans fixed it my self in 2 days.

I was very pleased with my oil change at this location. Very courteous service dept. I will continue to use this location for my services instead of the main location. Very quiet here. The main location’s service dept. tried to scam me out of $1700 for repairs that cost me $430 in Ashland. The issues that they said was wrong with my car, my mechanic could not find. Only thing wrong was my wheel bearings. Happy to know that I don’t have to use the main location.
