Called to have my bike diagnosed dealing with a starter/carb issue gave the guy my exact year make and model he said it would be no problem and to bring the bike down. I’m not local my bike had died at a buddies house so this was my only option. I walked my dead bike a mile to his shop only to be told he wasn’t going to work on my Suzuki because “he didn’t love my bike and only works on bikes he likes” and said if I had told him what kind of bike I had he wouldn’t of had me come even tho I told him my bike twice and the issues it had. Never told me the reason as to why he wouldn’t look at it just because he didn’t like my bike. Wouldn’t recommend doing business with them cuz there’s a 50/50 chance the owner “won’t like your bike” and refuse to service it

These guys saved our motorcycle trip. We were about 1000 miles from home. We had a tight schedule with ferries and hotels booked. My buddy blew a rear tire on a Saturday afternoon and called everywhere close by, but this was the only shop that had the right size tire and would work on a bmw. Great service and had us back on the road. Thanks!

Saved me from having to rent a $120 one-way U-Haul trailer to get my bike home... Thought I could get away with one last ride on a balding tire. Once I arrived on the cape, rear tire was definitely not making the ride home. They took me in about as fast as I was able to get there.. mount & balance rear tire, swap out my rear pads (they caught this), and upgrade me to a 90° valve (my request) faster than a game of mini golf took (5 min away). Luckily they had my exact same battle-ax tire in stock. $506 for everything was a sticker shock for me, but they were friendly and efficient. Also I'm out of touch with pricing as I usually do my own work, but my buddies tell me the labor was maybe a tad high for a tire change but about right, and overall cost was similar for the same kind of work done on their bikes in NH.

Jack Duffy has been in business at Cycle Services for 18 years. I have used the services, whether for inspections or major upgrades for those 18 years. The shop is always friendly and welcoming... I make 2 or 3 new friends every visit. Recently, I purchased a 2024 Harley Davidson Breakout and discussed options with Dan, who I have also known over the years. We agreed to do a stage 2 kit with an S&S 475 cam chest and S&S Superstreet chrome exhaust. And did this wake the bike way up?! YES!!! From 101 HP to 125; from 123 torque to 139! Very impressive! Dan's workmanship, professionalalism and knowledge is superb! Do yourself a favor... call Jack before you decide to upgrade your bike. I did! And I could not be happier... the quality of the upgrades, including the chunky sound even made my wife happy. How's that for an endorsement?!

Thank you Dan and Jack. Could not be happier. Came in with a low output (boring) 2021 Softail Slim and came out with super strong ripper. Plus 40 HP. Runs perfect. Very reasonable pricing/costs.
Dan is an incredible tuning resource, craftsman and artist.

A testimony from my father:

I recently used Cycle Services for the first time.

I own a 2019 Road King Special.

I’m not a mechanic I just love to ride. I have been riding for over 40 years.

I was having trouble with a “phantom” acceleration or revving of the engine.

I was also looking to get the bike tuned on their dyno machine.

They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. My intake manifold was warped and sucking in extra air causing the bike to lightly accelerate or rev on its own.

Dan suggested that that I consider an S & S ported intake manifold and a Krome Werks 2:1:2 full exhaust system.

He said that he could tune it on the Dyno machine to get the maximum performance. “It will be night and day”.

He gave me a whole host of reasons why I should consider it. Dan patiently educated me and answered all of my questions. I liked what I was hearing so I decided to do the upgrade as suggested.

One comment stuck out in my mind: “Your bike will be more responsive”. Dan said the difference will be “night and day”.

I thought: “There he goes using “night and day” again”. I mean you hear the term “night and day” all of the time but rarely does anything live up to it.

Let me tell you.

It is “NIGHT AND DAY”.

My bike was quick for a bagger before but now she is a BEAST.

She gets off of the line like a sport bike.

I left all my Indian biker friends on the line before.

Now I have to layoff the throttle so that I’m not a couple miles down the road before they even get to up to 30 mph.

The acceleration is incredibly responsive. Power delivery has never been this smooth no matter the speed.

She also sounds awesome. Absolute growl.

The overall performance of the bike has been night and day. It is like having a brand new “BETTER” bike. I loved her before but now I really love her.

Cycle Centers mechanics and Dyno are the only reason that I got these results.

They have truly “tuned” my bike to maximum efficiency and performance.

I am confident that she will be reliable due to their great service.
