I usually dread bringing a car for service. I feel like it's written across my forehead that I don't know a lot about cars, and when I'd bring my car in, I'd leave feeling unclear I really needed all that was done. Instead of clear explanations, I was told I wouldn't understand and they were too busy to get into details.
I am relatively new in Ipswich and asked for recommendations,, and almost unanimously the reponse was Cousins.
From the moment I called until I picked up my car, I was treated professionally and with kindness.
Everything went smoothly. I was told I will need new brakes but that it was fine and not a problem to wait until my next oil change. I was impressed by their honesty ..
I left feeling happy and relieved that I now had an autos service that made me feel confident about their services and fully trust their recommendations.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires that became a fast leak and was becoming an issue for driving. I called Cousins and they had me in within 15 minutes and patched up the tire for a super reasonable price. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. Would recommend to anyone for small or big projects based on our experience.

Extremely satisfied with there service first time using them and had an issue with my valve for my car. Check engine light came on and my car was struggling to accelerate and vibrating they replaced the valve for it and have had no issues so far since they changed it. My car almost feels better like a brand new car. They also provide videos when your car is being serviced which I love since other places don’t do that which makes it more helpful. I will definitely be continuing to use them in the future

I just picked up my Audi from being repaired at Cousins Automotive in Ipswich and I couldn't be happier with the service. I had been taking my car to the dealership for maintenance and repairs but was looking for a change. I was so relieved to find Cousins. Initially I was drawn in by their stellar client reviews, services, location, and the fact that they offered loaner cars (unbelievable)! When I brought my car there, they easily diagnosed issues, and offered me a plan, along with video explanations of what needed to be done. (They even found an oil leak that had gone unnoticed for a couple of years by the dealership.) Ana is the contact person for making appointments and updating me, and she is so professional. Matt is the pro who did the majority of the work on my car, and he really knew the car well...he knew exactly what to do and was very kind! The repairs were even done a bit earlier than originally estimated. The car is driving like new now, after having tires, brakes (among several other parts) replaced, as well as other maintenance (too technical for me to write). I will absolutely be returning to Cousins Automotive for all maintenance and repairs! They are fantastic!
