Feels like a reunion with family you haven’t seen in a while. Remember details about you personally. Sarah and Melissa are wonderful. I was tempted to only give 4 stars because of how long it takes to get the work done. A regular oil change is at least 2 hours. Anything added onto that can bring it up to 3 or 4. Also, you should take the car wash out of your ad since half the time they’re too busy or short handed to do it. Small thing but a nice perk when you get it.

Sara in the service department is wonderful. She’s the first person in two years in the service department that actually suggested things my car needed and didn’t try to force them on me. It was actually refreshing and made me feel positive about using the service department further.

Felix was very nice and checked me in quickly. After that, it went downhill. I was told my oil change would take about an hour. I waited for 2 HOURS! Maybe they need to schedule less appointments so close together and give better service.

Love the car, but service is a nightmare. So was the car purchase experience. They do not pay attention to what you asked for when you book an appointment for service online. Two times I have gone there and they blew it both times. Don’t put complimentary car wash on your website if you can’t do it. Left without it, again. There is not enough space here to talk about the inspection sticker fiasco.

I brought my vehicle in for a brake light and an air filter. received a phone call that my car was ready. was not washed or vacuumed and the service advisor told me it could done be in 15 minutes. It was over an hour and the car was wet inside when it was returned to me. The Service Advisor provided paper towels and he & I dried the interior & seats. The brake light is still out, I wish I had checked before leaving.

I worked with Sarah; there was some difficulties around communication that were frustrating - with leaving messages and not hearing back, but when I was able to get her on the phone she was very knowledgeable about the things being done to my car. I found it a bit odd that they hadn’t looked up the car’s service history in the Hyundai database when working on something that had previously been a recall for my car model, so I only discovered that there was a previous recall on that part for my car, and that the dealership I had bought from had supposedly addressed it, from doing my own digging and calling the warranty department at the manufacturer. I also have some odd sensor issue going on that I’ve brought the car in for twice and each time they say they’ve fixed something that should mean the issue is resolved, and then it’s not resolved. I don’t know if they don’t have the means to dig deeper or if that’s been an issue of not knowing the car well enough to do so.
Overall they are very nice and seem to be mostly well versed, but there are definite patterns of communication issues that showed up both in internal communications between the person who took my info to schedule the appointment, and in getting ahold of my service advisor to find out what was happening with my car and when I could have it back. Experience otherwise positive.

First time customer, just moved up to Pioneer Valley. Sara gets 5 stars but I had to ask for a different customer service rep after the assigned rep, named Jeremy was very rude argumentative and aggressive. His treatment was so off that I will definitely not be back. Sara thank you for acknowledging Jeremy's behavior. No stars for Jeremy but definitely a referral to HR to process his bizzare anger.toward a brand new customer. It was a bit frightening to see how he kept escalating anger and ignoring my questions. He ignored my attempts to start the conversation over and begin from a place of trustworthy customer service. He seemed to need to dump some aggression. Then later on I noticed he was treating other customers with a normal affect, so this guy is definitely making a choice to be aggressive — it was scary.
